Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Sara’s Appliances LLC. "Physical Goods" = appliance[s] purchased

What does the limited warranty cover?

- This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the Warranty Period.

- During the Warranty Period, Sara’s Appliances LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective and not caused by the consumer.

What does my limited warranty do?

- Sara’s Appliances LLC will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement part(s), or replace the product in its entirety for a different item of the same value. In the latter situation, any possible difference in price will be paid for by the customer.

How long is my limited warranty period?

- The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sara’s Appliances LLC is 60 days for “used” items or 90 days for “brand new” items from the date of purchase.

- If a replacement of Physical Goods or part takes place, the remaining warranty period will be determined by the original date of purchase—not the warranty replacement or repair date.

What is NOT covered by my limited warranty?

- This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by the customer such as: mishandling of the products, poor or defective space conditions, incorrect installation by the consumer, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

- Negligence or Improper use of the items caused by customers will not be covered under said warranty.

- Water and Ice machines are NOT included in the warranty for all refrigerators.

- Parts and/or accessories that do not affect the function of appliances are excluded from the warranty. This includes burner caps, knobs, grates, shelves, drawers, etc.

Steps to Obtain Limited Warranty Service

- Contact Sara’s Appliances LLC to determine the problem and most appropriate solution for you. COME IN, CALL or TEXT number at the front of this receipt.

- The customer must also present the original receipt of purchase. Loss or misplacement of receipt could result in Sara’s Appliances not validating the warranty.

- Failure to present original receipt will result in the customer paying for replacement and/or repairs of products and/or parts.

Returns and Cancelation of Purchase Policy

- Sara’s Appliances LLC offers a partial refund or store credit of equal or lesser value on deposits and final purchase returns and cancelations. Said returns and cancelations must be within 30 days of deposit date or purchase date.

- If refund is preferred over store credit, the customer is entitled to an 80% refund on deposits and final purchases. Sara's Appliances will allocate the remaining 20% to billing and other related charges.

- If a product is damaged or broken by customer fault, returns and cancelations will NOT be accepted.

Customer fault situations include but are not limited to:

- Mishandling of the products, poor or defective space conditions, incorrect installation by the consumer, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

- Negligence or improper use of products

The “curbside drop-off” delivery option does not include carry inside or installation of purchased product(s).
